REFUND POLICY

New Merchandise

A FULL REFUND * will be issued or merchandise can be exchanged within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase as follows:

* A REFUND will be issued using the customer’s original form of payment

An adjustment or an exchange will ONLY be made on merchandise returned in the same ‘FACTORY FRESH’ condition as purchased, neatly folded and free of pet hair and/or odor.

Manufacturer’s labels AND Kaufman’s price tickets MUST be intact as originally attached to each of the item, accompanied with either your Kaufman’s register receipt or your credit card / debit card receipt.

USED MILITARY SURPLUS CLOTHING and/or EQUIPMENT
is NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGABLE.

IN ADDITION, new Clothing or Footware worn out of the store for ANY period, Bags, Bandannas, Bedding, Books, Canteens, Gas Masks, Headware, Insignia, Knives, Sunglasses, Tee Shirts, Underwear, Vests of any kind and Watches are NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

ANY item ‘RED-LINED’ and reduced in price or marked either ‘ON SALE’, ‘AS IS’, or ‘FINAL SALE’.  ‘FINAL SALE’ is a FINAL SALE.

Any item may be designated as ‘FINAL SALE’ at the time of purchase.
